By downloading, installing, or using TextCraft ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.

TextCraft is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may: • Use the App to generate styled text for personal purposes • Share generated text on social media and messaging platforms • Use the App offline without restrictions You are responsible for how you use the text generated by the App. Please use the App responsibly and respectfully.

You may NOT use TextCraft to: • Generate spam, harassment, or abusive content • Create text for illegal activities or purposes • Impersonate others or create misleading content • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property • Use automated systems or bots to access the App • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App We reserve the right to report violations to appropriate authorities and take legal action if necessary.

TextCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are NOT liable for: • Any damages arising from your use of the App • Loss of data or profits • Text content you generate and share • Third-party actions in response to your shared content • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Use the App at your own risk. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or continuously available.

You are solely responsible for: • The text content you generate using the App • How and where you share generated content • Ensuring your content complies with platform policies • Any legal consequences of your shared content We do not monitor, approve, or endorse any content you create. You retain full responsibility for your actions.

TextCraft and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Akhanda Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Unicode font styles available in the App are based on Unicode standards and are freely usable. However, the App's design, code, and unique features remain our intellectual property.
